lol wow that was a fast week LMAO. So ok, it is Firefox LOL its just a theme (an add-on, with a little editing) It's a good thing FireFox isnt licensed otherwise the creator of lilyfox would be in BIG trouble for changing the Name FireFox and taking credit for it.
