Also, maybe more categories for the gallery? Only one I can think of is for PSP Wallpapers. That way, when people search for psp wallpapers, they can find this site...Maybe it won't work, but it's worth a short.

You people use somesort of database then to keep all the uploaded images on this site ?

If that is so maybe something as a anime site would be nice if you not gonna put up anime episodes or manga's, why not up the bittorent files, they are low in KB sizes and would not take to much space. There are a ton of people who use Bittorrent as anime download resources, so if you wanna expand maybe that is an idea to use.

You wont need to upload animes all to do is put up the torrent file thats like probably highest 30 KB or so unless its an anime movie it probably be like 60 KB but don't think any higher.

Hmm...the Bittorrent file sizes are under 60KB, but the file itself (maybe 175 MB) would need to be hosted on a server somewhere, and that would put a strain on the server when alot of people download (and probably make the hosting bill high). The BT file just has the tracker URL and other information to download the file. But if its just the BT file hosted on this site and the file is being downloaded, with permission from the other host, I guess that's fine. Sorry if I misunderstood what you said, I don't know much about hosting files on BT lol.
