I hope you all didn't miss me too much.

For all the people that don't know me, I am Stephen also known as Emmy. I like to make graphics (I consider myself "ok" at it).

I've been admin around here since near the beginning of All Out Anime but at one point AOA when and hit a rough patch were it was very inactive, unfortunatly. Anyway I'd love to see this place get active again, it is the only anime forum I have ever liked and has a nice community.

So invite your friends, family or just plain advertise to random people in random places! Do your best to bring this place active again

I also consider myself a little harsh at times with decisions, I am sorry but that is how I am. Without a firm hand there wont be anyone to stop those that breaks rules.
