Well im not quite as new to this place as i whold like to be, considering the fact that i have not posted yet (despite me beeing a member for around a year).
Well im just a guy that likes Anime (quite alot), and play PC games when i got no specific thing to do or a Anime to watch.
Sorry Ygdrasil but i kinda plucked afew of your highscores there, i guess my abillity to adapt to new game's and controlls, aswell as my experiance with around 300 different games, kinda made it to easy for me (got 3 of em in less than 1 wheek, and barely had time to play more than 10 times per game).
Don't worry i left you afew to ceep (getting on the top list once is enoph for me right now).
Eaven so i kinda feel empty inside, there is currently no game on the market able to make me feel like im playing something new for more than afew hours.
The ondly thing that gives me the slightest joy these days are to watch Anime, and it almost always feel's like a new thing/experiance to me when i watch Anime.
Reasently i watched an Anime called "Urusei Yatsura" and it's huge, despite the anime beeing older than myselfe, it during it's 10 years managed to mayorly transform from a sleasy under-budged low-quallity love comedy, into a beautiful large-scale high-quallity love comedy that can eaven compare to todays standards (and in some cases way surp***), it might eaven have been a mayor inspiration for the anime's that followed in it's footstepps.
And despite it's size and popularity (Ranma½ followed but in terms of pure number of episodes, OVA and movies, Dragonball was the first to make more at all) i had newer heard abouth it the day before i watched it, i newer knew that sutch great anime's where beeing made before i was eaven born, and it took me ower 17 years to eaven find out that some of the things i saw in my youth and thoth was American or Europeean made was actually Japanese (boy do i feel like a dence idiot lol).
To be honest i hate dub's and really lame or bad translations, so after i had been watching anime for quite a while i started thinking, "well for some reason i know alot of Japanese words, why don't i just learn the full language might be worth the trouble considering how mutch i like to watch anime in it's original language with sub",
so guess what, i am trying to learn how to speak Japanese, been at it for quite a while now and it's going supricingly well considering how little time i have to study, well patiance is a virtue and considering it took me 7 years to fully master English i am sure going to need alot of patiance for Japanese, knowing the language better sure has made listening to anime more enjoyable
for me, i eaven notice if a bad translation has been made or just a different one (there is more than one way to translate a language), i better understand what they are talking abouth and how they talk becose im seriously learning Japanese.
But i sure was supriced ower how well stocked my local library was on book's for learning Japanese (and really good book's to add).
I love the way Anime's are and used to be, they pull no punches when they make a Anime (unlike the pure innocent and childish way disney always make cartoons), one example is the "neon genesis evangelion" series, especially the movie, ps plz don't watch that movie if your eaven close to mentally unstable that movie is mentally dangerous to watch at any age.
Many of those anime's carries alot of good to great wisdom and knowledge in em, and that is something that has almost literally managed to save my life (the little of it i have at all), if i had not found anime around 5 years ago, my heart and soul whold most likely have been so weak by now that i whold have been dead or close to.
Oh well i guess that's me in a nutshell (am i nuts or is it just the anime???)
