Well, sorry, but i must say: none.
The first one is kinda too crowded, too many elements overlaping, also there's diferent quality loss in background on each frame. I think you should use static background and animate just the text. Also maybe consider to make the overlaping text smaller, and do something about it's colour.
Second one is much better for being clean, but there are some left-over white pixels around the character. And that writing is imo too colourfull.
Anyway, that's just my thoughts...
