In this area people are not to post threads that are completely useless for example

1. A counting thread - this infaltes the forums post count which is shady and somthing i dont like, it makes the database get bigger with garbage.

2. posting links to other sites or to promoto your own site can be posted here and not around the site.

2. Links to cool games you found and other cool resources can be posted here.

Thats all I can think of right now.
