Xbox 360 Ate Game!

Well yesterday I was playing 360 and the 360 was moved and while it was moved only a little it made this crazy noise like a grinding and i was like WTF so i took out the game and it has a huge scratch in the shape of a ring going right around the game

so i did a search on google and told my friend on msn what happened and he replyed ya you cant even F****** touch the 360 when its runing with a game in it.

What now? Well im gonna try to get a excahnge at wal-mart since thats were i got the game only like 4 DAYS ago!!! If they dont exchange it ill call microsoft support and see what they say but some people said that they will replace the game and help you so i dunno but ill keep you guys updated!

Really? I remember when the 360 first came out & someones adator caught on fire and they tried to sue microsoft

Well to update what happend I went back to walmart and managed to get a exchange so now i have a new copy of need for speed and this time i will never move my 360 while theres a game in it EVER! but for the most part microsoft droped the ball on that they should of sent out some stuff to edit the 360 to prevent the scracthing because some sites show how to install these pads that prevent it from happening.

again on any of my cds lol

Vision: You sure your not thinking of the old xbox because I remember there was a problem with the old xbox and you had to phone up microsoft and get a new adapter sent to you

I havent had this problem yet but I know there is some problems with the 360 hdd are apost to be 20gb but can only use 13gb, 360 sometimes freezes and some other stuff mine has only froze once in the whole time of using my 360 and I've had it since x-mas and I dont care about storage on the hdd 13gb is still alot of space.

ya thats cool but make sure you DO NOT move the 360 with a game in it or you risk losing it do to damage. I checked on the internet and seen some videos showing what happens when u move the console with a game in it excat same thing happened to me just on a smaller scale.
