i played chrono trigger for some reason always hated but I do enjoy the FF series to a certain degree

Dirge of Cerberus and FFX here. FFX I think was the best out of all of them. And Dirge of Cerberus is... Wow it owns. >.>

iveplayed some ff games nvr was a huge fan fort it except for fft and ffta i like kingdomhearts 1 and 2 and id probaly choose 2 over 1 because 1 is confusing lol
