Oh brother... although I'm not really a fan of Naruto, I'll say Sasuke would be better. Not only is he already adept at being a ninja ever since he was young and the Curse of Heaven implanted on him by Orochimaru. Unlike Naruto who only relies on the power of the demon fox inside him and just learned what how to be a ninja on his later years.
