I dont think have a Bleach download section will be popular....maybe should have some anime that are hard to download with bittorent...like fate/stay night, now that it ends, there aren't many seeder left...so i may be a good choice....and try to add some serie that dont have many episode, im sure that way it will get more attention and more people will download it...
